Environment
Xpedition recognises the potential impact of its business operations on the environment and have put in place a number of processes to help us reach carbon neutrality. We use renewable energy suppliers and are focused on waste reduction, sustainable use of resources, efficient consumption and minimisation of pollution. We regularly review our supply chain and provide employee guidance on best practice environmental behaviours. Sustainable business travel is encouraged across the organisation and we continue to embrace a hybrid working model.
Social
Integrity and inclusiveness are a key part of our company ethos. Our goal is to create a diverse workplace in which there is mutual trust and respect and where every person feels responsible for the performance and reputation of the business. We invest significantly in our people and their working environment by creating and maintaining safe and healthy workspaces and ensuring their ongoing professional and personal development. Within the local community, our Corporate Social Responsibility activities offer funding and voluntary support to a range of chosen charities.
Governance
Xpedition is committed to ensuring its management structures and policies reflect the need for clear leadership, accountability and probity in the management of the business. We have adopted the ISO 27001 framework for Information Security Management System which includes a formal methodology for risk management and incorporates ESG into its processes and policies.
