Dean Carroll

Since 2009, Dean has led the Xpedition business responsible for commercial strategy and leading the team in delivering transformational projects for clients. Dean’s experience across the Dynamics 365 business applications platform stretches back to the late 90’s where he has had involvement in a wide variety of implementations with various clients and industries.

Prior to joining Xpedition, Dean’s previous roles include Microsoft UK, where he developed the market strategy for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product launch and Dynamics channel development, and Aspective where he secured a Microsoft Global Partner of the Year Award.

In his spare time Dean enjoys sports, skiing and running in particular, though he’s relinquished the Xpedition marathon record.

Peter Cutts

Peter has been with Xpedition since 2006 and has been involved in the CRM arena for over 20 years.  He implemented one of the first Microsoft CRM deployments in the UK back in 2003!

Peter has had a number of roles in Xpedition revolving around showcasing the features and business benefits of the Microsoft Dynamics suite.  His longevity in the Microsoft channel, relationships within the Dynamics community and solution knowledge help Xpedition to stay at the cutting edge of customer engagement technology.  In addition to solution strategy, Peter’s current role includes management of the pre-sales resource across both the Customer Engagement and Business Central teams.

Outside of work Peter enjoys long dog walks, DIY, gardening and indulging in his love of classic rock.

Gareth Morrlle

Gareth joined Xpedition in 2018 to help establish a new Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central practice. Gareth has been working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (previously Dynamics NAV) since 1999 covering many different roles from development to consultancy to project manager.

Gareth has over 19 years’ experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions across a wide variety of sectors. Covering all aspects of ERP delivery throughout his career enabling him to successfully provide leadership and direction to Xpedition’s NAV and D365 delivery teams.

Gareth is responsible for ensuring on time and on budget implementations across the development and consultancy teams within our Business Central practice.

Outside of work Gareth is a keen runner and also a dog lover and spends many hours walking and running in the welsh hills where he’s based

Marcia Keer

Marcia joined Xpedition in 2020 and is responsible for the Customer Engagement team and the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions.

Marcia has over 19 years’ experience implementing CRM solutions across a wide variety of sectors. Her business consultancy background enables her to understand the importance of helping our clients to modernise business applications and automate processes in order to innovate faster, reduce inefficiencies and solve specific business challenges. Outside of work Marcia enjoys yoga and as a Duke of Edinburgh gold award holder, long walks in the countryside.

Alison Brown

Alison joined Xpedition in March 2020 and was appointed to the role of Marketing Director in January 2021. Alison has over 25 years’ experience as a strategic marketer across the IT and Telco sectors, marketing to a range of industries. Previous companies include Virgin Media, HP, ING Bank and a number of start-ups and scale-ups including prior experience of marketing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Alison is responsible for the marketing team and all elements of the marketing mix from strategy and brand awareness, to strong value propositions and customer success stories. Alison lives in rural Berkshire and enjoys trips to the theatre with family and friends and watching her husband compete in motorsport.

Dan Thompson

Dan recently joined Xpedition in June 2021 to help establish a new Cloud, Data and Insights Practice. Dan has covered many different roles from development, consultancy and support, leading numerous data platform and BI teams.

Dan has over 19 years’ experience in implementing and developing Data and Analytics, cloud based solutions and support across a wide variety of sectors. Covering all aspects of delivery and support throughout his career enabling him to successfully provide leadership and direction to our new Xpedition’s Data and analytics consultancy practice. Dan is responsible for the practice growth, ensuring quality implementations across the development, consultancy and support teams within the Data and Insight practice. Outside of work Dan enjoys Martial Arts, Football, professional development and adventures with his family.

Warren Jenkins

Warren joined Xpedition in March 2021 as Sales Director with responsibility for the Sales and Business Development Team. He has extensive experience helping guide businesses on their path to growth, having worked in the enterprise software world for over 25 years.

Prior to joining Xpedition Warren previously worked for major technology companies such as SAP, Infor, Salesforce and Microsoft, at the latter he helped a number of customers achieve success through adoption of Microsoft Dynamics solutions and services – twice winning the Microsoft Platinum Award. Warren is based in Cheshire where he lives with his family and 2 Springer Spaniels. Outside of work Warren is a self-confessed Motorsport fan, attending the Silverstone Grand Prix many times.

David Martin

Managed Services Director Visit LinkedIn profile

David joined Xpedition at the start of 2023 to help grow our Managed Support Offering. He is responsible for the quality of the support and service we provide to our clients whilst continually developing our services, tools, processes, and support team.

David has over 20 years’ experience in designing, building, maintaining and improving support and service offerings across multiple sectors and industries to provide our clients with the customer experience they expect and deserve.


Outside of work David is into multiple sports but with a focus nowadays of coaching rugby to a high level.
