Caroline Read is an experienced project management professional with over 20 years of expertise in driving large-scale change and transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. Currently, she serves as a Senior Project Manager at Investec, where she has effectively overseen significant business and technology changes since March 2019, working in both the UK and Channel Islands Banks. Prior to her role at Investec, Caroline spent 17 years in various project and change management positions at RBS/NatWest Group in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Steve heads up the Business Applications solutions team for Financial Services at Microsoft, working with clients across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance to deliver business value through the application of technology solutions. His primary areas of focus are on enhancing customer and colleague experience whilst simultaneously improving operational efficiency. He has a particular interest in the revolution that is about to take place within customer facing operations, driven by the latest generation of AI, Data and Automation technologies.
