König + Neurath UK streamlines operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
One of the most successful suppliers of office furniture and room systems, König + Neurath has chosen to partner with Xpedition to deploy an integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution to support its UK operations.
Founded in 1925 König + Neurath continues its long-standing business by manufacturing and supplying quality office furniture and room systems. It has selected Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to replace an error-prone and labour-intensive legacy system with an efficient end-to-end business solution.

The solution will enable all parts of the business to communicate effectively, allowing streamlined processing of quotes and sales orders as well as delivering real-time information on sales pipelines and profitability by product or customer. “Our business model is project-based,” explains Charan Singh, Management Accountant at König + Neurath. “Microsoft Dynamics will enable us to manage individual projects professionally and better control costs and deliverables.”
Luke Richardson adds, “This solution will free up significant time currently spent correcting errors in our legacy system and re-entering information, enabling us to spend more time on targeting our efforts on value-added activities.”
Microsoft Dynamics will be integrated with an existing product pricing module and the SAP and Salesforce systems of the parent company in Germany, delivering a smooth end-to-end operation with critical information provided where and when it’s needed.
