Antonia is a senior Dynamics 365 technical specialist at Microsoft with over 20 years of experience in contact centre solutions. Having worked with several contact centre technology providers over the years, Antonia has a deep understanding of omnichannel engagement platforms, workforce engagement management and the developing role of AI in contact centres.
Steve heads up the Business Applications solutions team for Financial Services at Microsoft, working with clients across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance to deliver business value through the application of technology solutions. His primary areas of focus are on enhancing customer and colleague experience whilst simultaneously improving operational efficiency. He has a particular interest in the revolution that is about to take place within customer facing operations, driven by the latest generation of AI, Data and Automation technologies. Prior to Microsoft, Steve held a number of leadership roles in Sales and Product Management at Vodafone and other telecommunications bus
