Early Years Alliance transforms its Sales & Marketing operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Early Years Alliance is the largest and most representative early years membership organisation in England. Representing over 14,000 members, the charity advocates for children, families and all childcare and early education providers, to ensure families are at the centre of policy making.
The organisation selected Xpedition to help transform its Microsoft Dynamics platform into an effective solution for sales and marketing, delivering smooth processes for opportunities, lead and tenders, as well as delivering sophisticated sales reporting. New functionality has already been developed to meet FCA regulatory requirements for complaints handling.
