Karen Ogborn

Chief of Staff, Crimestoppers

Karen Ogborn has worked with Crimestoppers for over 20 years, holding a number of operational positions from working with young people, on marketing campaigns, to project management including setting up the Charity’s contact centre.

As Chief of Staff she is responsible for aligning all departments with the Charity’s strategy, articulating the impact of Crimestoppers to communities and supporters, and working with key stakeholders. Her team is diverse with responsibility for supporting the 300+ volunteers for the charity, the use of our data to demonstrate impact and information security.

Most recently she worked with Xpedition to oversee the introduction of Dynamics 365 to the charity. With a degree in theatre design and production Karen likes to bring her creativity to her work also. She lives in London with her husband and three children.
