The Xpedition Power BI 5 Day Starter Pack provides a Power BI consultant-led introductory programme to ensure you get all the benefits Power BI offers. If you are not a current Power BI user, the Starter Pack can also be used to evaluate if Power BI is the right tool for you.
Starter Pack Overview
Day 1: Discovery
Workshop with stakeholders to understand your business intelligence needs. We will help you to understand your existing data model, identify key metrics aligned to your data strategy and highlight the reports that will deliver the greatest value in the shortest time.
Day 2: Design
Construction of a high-level data model and prioritisation of initiatives based on time to value, size of impact and risks. We will design a new report and dashboard visualisation and identify and define key governance and security practices that will empower your teams to self-serve data and insights.
Days 3-5: Build
We will UAT test and deploy the new report & dashboard Power BI service, validate and finalise the business case with your respective stakeholders and build an executive pitch to highlight the solution vision and associated business value.
Day 5: Handover
On the final day we will present the most impactful initiatives from vision to value, with enabling solution capabilities and agree on potential next steps.
