Upskilling our People for an AI-First Future

At Xpedition, our north star shines clear: to be an AI-first company that empowers our people and guides our customers on their journey to becoming frontier firms.

We’re already redefining how work gets done across our teams – embedding intelligent agents into our environments and establishing a truly hybrid workforce model. This isn’t a distant ambition; it’s happening now. In our Business Central team, we anticipate that in the near future 35% of operational tasks will be orchestrated by AI agents. In Customer Engagement, we expect a similar evolution, with around 40% of future task fulfilment becoming agent led. As we realise this transformation, we’re investing in targeted upskilling across the business – empowering our people to become agent bosses: leaders who orchestrate digital colleagues to deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful outcomes.

Our AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), composed of presales and delivery team members Mark Ross-Innes, Suneetha Akula and James Clarke, have a dual North Star vision: becoming a Copilot industry leader and an AI-first organisation, with AI Champions playing a pivotal role in both internal and external initiatives. The team are leading the way in building agents, creating Copilot-led solutions for our customers, and defining our future delivery model.

The CoE team have also created a learning hub with access to Microsoft courses and learning materials. From foundational certification to advanced Copilot enablement, our teams are gaining the skills to lead transformation – not just within Xpedition, but across the industries we serve. This journey is part of a broader movement towards becoming a frontier firm. Acting at the leading edge of business, blending human creativity with agent capability, we’re unlocking new levels of operational excellence and customer value. Our sales team are now certified with the sales-ready Copilot Business Value and Business Case Builder & Agents Value Envisioning Tool. Our technical users and Solution Architects are also building out their skills taking advantage of Advanced Learning via Jumpstart, by acquiring the skills and certification to lead this transformation.

For prospects and customers our Quest campaign and upcoming webinar call to forward-thinking businesses looking to embark on a journey towards becoming true frontier firms. Guided by Xpedition, Quest is designed for organisations ready to lead with an AI-first mindset – blending human ingenuity with digital agents and Copilot to unlock new levels of operational excellence.

We’re proud to be a guide on this journey. Through our deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and intelligent agents, we enable customers to harness the full potential of AI – not just to automate, but to elevate. Together, we’re building smarter workflows, deeper customer relationships, and more agile organisations fit for an AI-first future.

Our commitment to innovation and upskilling isn’t just theoretical – it’s actively lived across the business. Our recent Hackathon, organised by Josh Anglesea, our Business Central Pre-Sales Solution Architect, brought this to life. Designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning, the Hackathon gave our teams the opportunity to experiment with Copilot and intelligent agents in real-world scenarios. It wasn’t just a showcase of technical capability – it was a strategic initiative to accelerate internal upskilling, foster cross-functional innovation, and reinforce our AI-first culture. Events like this are pivotal to our strategy, empowering our people to lead transformation and shape the future of work.

This is how we prepare businesses for the AI-first future – not only through technological enablement, but through our people. By investing in skills, driving innovation, and embracing agents as strategic allies, Xpedition is writing a new chapter in the story of business transformation.

And we’re inviting our customers to write theirs too.
