Xpedition’s internal deployment of Copilot for Microsoft 365

We are delighted to announce that Xpedition has deployed Copilot for Microsoft 365 across our entire organisation to enhance collaboration, creativity and boost productivity for the benefit of our customers. Following a successful internal pilot, Copilot has been rolled out to all our employees, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the new technology.  

Powered by advanced generative AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot assists with a wide range of tasks, providing real-time suggestions, automating routine activities, and offering valuable insights. Helping us manage customer relationships, analyse data, streamline operations, and enhance service delivery more efficiently.

Beyond the broad rollout of Copilot for Microsoft 365, our Sales and Marketing teams have been strong advocates of new technology, using Copilot for Sales to drive efficiency, innovation, and collaboration. The Sales team use Copilot to generate personalised proposals, analyse sales data, and maintain effective communication with customers. James Drew, Senior Business Manager at Xpedition, shared:

The Marketing team have been utilising Copilot in Customer Insights to draft engaging content for marketing campaigns. Helping create visually appealing and impactful presentations, streamlining the design process, and ensuring that all marketing materials are polished and professional.
