A message from Dean Carroll

Welcome to the latest edition of our Xpress Newsletter, where we continue to share how Xpedition is helping customers and colleagues navigate the frontier of AI-powered transformation.

FY25 has been a transformational year for Xpedition and Microsoft, seeing 55.8% SMC CSP growth, taking us 25% over target, with 23 net new customers added to our base. Xpedition also achieved 38% year-on-year growth in profitability, reflecting the strength of our own business performance. Building on this momentum and to further support pipeline growth and the SMC Always On campaign, we’ve also invested in two lead generation specialists in business development to further drive our pipeline.

In our first year of APEX, we’ve accepted 40 customers onto the programme, with nine completing all 4 criteria to achieve awards at our inaugural dinner. This programme has driven 26 customer stories and announcements in FY25. We’ve also invested heavily in demand generation and business development, leveraging £53k of Microsoft through partner marketing funding in SMB and SMC. This generated 38 opportunities in Partner Center, already resulting in a £500k win (£300k per annum in licences).

We’re also pleased to announce that we’ve achieved two new Microsoft specialisations, validating our deep expertise across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. These accreditations reflect our continued commitment to delivering excellence for our clients.

I want to highlight something we’re incredibly proud of – our commitment to women’s development. We were recently ranked #11 in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work. Alongside ranking highly for Wellbeing and Development for 2025. This is a powerful recognition of the inclusive culture we’re building and the opportunities we’re creating across our business.

On the back of our Great Place to Work achievement for Women, a huge congratulations to our Head of Development, Suneetha Akula, who has been recognised as a FastTrack Solutions Architect across both Power Automate and Power Apps, as well as supporting our achievement of FastTrack Portfolio Partner. A fantastic milestone that strengthens our ability to support complex Dynamics 365 programmes and accelerate time to value.

Meanwhile, we’re pleased to have been recognised as a Microsoft FastTrack Portfolio Partner for Dynamics 365. Our Centre of Excellence (CoE) team strives to work in close collaboration with FastTrack to receive proactive architectural guidance for all our projects.

As we move into FY26 with Microsoft, we’re embracing our role as Customer Zero, actively deploying Copilot and Agents across our business, and building a hybrid workforce that’s already reshaping how we operate. You can see more of this in our latest whitepaper, where we explore what it really means to evolve from within.
