Fagerhult UK has selected Xpedition as its technology partner to implement an all-in-one commercial and accounting solution, underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sales and Marketing.
Fagerhult UK creates premium lighting solutions that enhance human well-being. With sustainability and connectivity at its heart, the luminaire specialist focuses on office, education, retail, and outdoor applications and is committed to the development of Smart Spaces in the UK.
Challenged with multiple legacy systems and a reliance on manual processes, the team sought an all-on-one solution that could allow them to increase operational efficiencies and understand customer data to drive personalised experiences.
Xpedition is to deploy an all-in-one business management solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Marketing & Sales for Fagerhult UK, providing a 360 view across the business. The solution will replace their current bespoke Microsoft Dynamics NAV2013 solution and provide enhanced Marketing and Sales functionality, integrated with Finance and Accounting through Business Central. Phase 1 of the project will see the implementation of ERP and Sales, with D365 Marketing as Phase 2.
This investment will enable Fagerhult to increase efficiencies and productivity across the business, identify new opportunities, reallocate resource and better utilise its talent. This will provide them with a good foundation to scale and meet their objectives to further the development of sustainable work and community environments in the UK.
